Data Science Mentorship
Many smart, talented, and capable people are underrepresented in data science (e.g., non-cis-male, BIPOC, LGBTQIA+), even though there are economic gains from having a diverse and equitable workplace. Mentorship is one way — but not the only way! — to help start addressing problems of the leaky pipeline in data and technology careers. Here are some places where I have been mentoring.
