Spearheaded cross-functional research for an innovative employee engagement model using continuous listening, including product market research, persona research, and multiple data science implementations; built 2 data science PoCs using social network analysis and NLP
Produced detailed documentation for new data scientists and engineers describing all stages of an NLP model predicting toxic speech in free text, from preprocessing to deployment
